i’m sure i mentioned about the room switch that my parents and i did last week. this is actually in preparation for the big move that’s going to happen this year to a place that we can finally call our own. there were lots of things that we trashed already and some are still here, waiting to be in the “second” hands of those who could make use of them. looking at all our appliances, furnitures and personal stuff, i’m guessing we’re going to need more than seven huge moving trucks when it’s time to move out.

anyway, my new temporary room has a corner that i really like and it’s none other than my shoe corner. i used to have all of them out in the open and displayed in a shoe shelf but they kept collecting dust. these are some of what i own:

i decided to put them back in their boxes so spiders, cockroaches and even rats won’t feel at home. my forgetfulness was the only problem i had after i have them all boxed. then i remember my brother’s suggestion about not wanting to waste time searching where the right pair for the right occasion is because of being too organized. i did it and this is what the corner looks like now:

i took pictures of each pair, had them printed and posted on the front view where it’s easy to see them. my mom also wants to do the same.

now i think the only problem i’m going to have is when one of my siblings decides to trip on me and switch the pictures or the contents. let’s hope not ;)
